Weekend Brand Ambassador

Capital Heating & Cooling is looking for outgoing and motivated people to generate leads for our sales team.  As an important part of our Home Depot™ Home Services Program, the job of a Brand Ambassador is to be social with shoppers, follow our 5 step lead generation process, and ultimately  submit the lead information to our sales team. So, if you’re an energetic, social butterfly, with a knack for sales – we want to hear from you!

Reports to: Field Marketing Manager

Your Primary Job Responsibilities

• Execute 5 step process to generate high quality leads.
• Electronically (using company provided tablet) submit lead info in a timely manner.
• Promote our services ie. hvac installation, services, air duct cleaning, etc.
• Set up and work lead generation events (games, candy, food.)
• Monitor and report inventory of marketing materials in store ie. brochures, etc.
• Maintain a positive, tenacious, upbeat, and professional attitude.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Able to work independently.
• Know (or be willing to learn) how to use a tablet.

Pay: $13/hour + bonus schedule.

Hours: PT weekends (Sat & Sun 10-4.)
