I am reviewing two technicians from Capital Heating. One was Randy, who did the yearly maintenance on my A/C unit, and the other was a young man who came a little earlier in the year to clean my dryer vent. These men were both very professional, on time and through. The young man who cleaned the dryer vent let me watch him, because I had no clue who to do. He was extremely helpful. Jeremy did an excellent job servicing my furnace. He was very considerate of my needs and helpful with reordering supplies. Jeremy was on time and very friendly. I am very happy with the service he performed.
11/1/22 - Capital Heating does our annual furnace and AC maintenance like clockwork. As usual, Brandon Barney was prompt and very professional. He always takes the extra effort to make sure we understand everything.We have been extremely happy with the customer service provided by Capital Heating & Cooling Staff. Communication and service all the way around has been amazing!I would definitely recommend giving them a call. I'm really happy with the Maintenance Plan and their service and staff! I don't have to remember anything. They keep track of when things need to be serviced and call me.6/28/24 - This year, Bradley Hauser from Capital Heating came out to do our AC maintenance on our house and on our rental. (They will come in the fall to do the 2 furnace maintenances). As usual, communication and service were exemplary!! Thanks Capital!!9/26/24 - NOTE: Re service provided by Bradley on 6/28/24. We purchased a whole house dehumidifier from Capital previously and Bradley programmed our thermostat to remind us when to change the filter. We didn't know he did that, but it was a pleasant surprise and great customer service!!!WeFeedback on the 2 Fall furnace maintenances provided by Logan. Logan was prompt, professional and courteous . He answered all of our questions. He not only serviced our furnaces, but checked the dehumidifier in our primary house to make sure it was working properly which he didn't have to do. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with Capitals service. He showed us the reports of how our equipment was working and explained what he recommended and what we might expect in the future.As always, we are very happy with Capital Heating!!! I would highly recommend!Anything that has ever been wrong, they make right!!!
Randy and Jeremy were great to work with. They raised concerns in a way I could easily understand, and made helpful suggestions. Jeremy outlined cost and value options very clearly.
Anthony arrived on time. He was courteous, explained his work to us, gave us options to consider for improving the heating system, and he didn't try to pressure us into a decision.
Great service, Colin was professional, informative and very knowledgeable. I appreciate all my questions asked answered. I would recommend this service to friends and family.
Kyle Klosiewski is a fantastic service technician who came out to my home this afternoon to run through diagnostics on my AC . Communication was excellent starting with the main office. Tiffany contacted me this morning and was going to reschedule to a later day and then told her that my unit is not blowing cold air. She checked with her manager and they schedule me in the afternoon today!Kyle was very honest; professional; efficient and personable representing the company very well!

Sept 2024 Update -Jeremy from Capital Heating, Cooling, & Electric gave our AC system a thorough check-up recently. He kept us advised of his timing (he was on time), efficient, and very communicative with us.We also appreciated Jeremy's explanation of why we should add a coil-sanitizing UV light to the system.Cap Heating is our first choice for anything HVAC!Original post 2022-Two years ago my wife noticed a big spike in our electric use, and we knew the cause - our (in 2022) 34-year-old central air conditioner. Last spring, Capital Heating techs managed to tune the old unit to coax "just one more" season out of it for us. We had planned to upgrade this year, and couldn't have timed it better.Ethan & Stephan were great - on time, kept me advised as the work progressed, and were polite enough to pretend that I was funny.After installation was complete, they stepped through the new hardware with me, answered more questions, and made certain I knew how the replacement programmable thermostat worked. I can't say enough good things about these technicians - knowledgeable, straightforward, and resourceful when it came time to modify existing duct work to accommodate a modern cooling system.While the old unit hadn't totally failed, it just couldn't keep up with the recent heat. The new Rheem had cooled our entire house (two story, just under 1800 sqft) well before bedtime.Capital Heating & Cooling is my first recommendation to anyone in the market for AC, furnace upgrade, heat pumps - whether it's a new installation or servicing an existing system. September 26, 2024Wauwatosa, WisconsinCapital Heating’s Service Team (Dave & Partner) came to my home today and demonstrated their technical capabilities. I had a new Lennox system installed about a year ago and the Smart Thermostat was not communicating properly with the furnace. This Team recognized the different possibilities for the malfunctions for the heating and AC systems and located a faulty wire connection at the furnace interface and software that corrected what could have been trying to locate a “needle in a hay stack!” The problem was corrected and the system is now running efficiently as a result of this professional and highly skilled Team! Hi all -A great experience by the Capitol heating crew! A furnace tune up and system evaluation, gave us all the confidence our furnace is set for the winter months to come. Yes, it is true, Capitol hires the best, and it is all about the people. Our Tech Collin was not only an expert in all the details and interworkings of our furnance system, but a gracious, polite and consciousness young man. Informing and educating us at every step of the process, Collin shared pictures and simple, descriptions to let us know what was happening, and why. Badley was first rateHe knew exactly what he was doing. He also got my air conditioner working as it should. It's is a two stage unit that was set up only as a single stage. Bradley took care of that.5 stars for Bradley
We had duck work cleaning done. Tech was very nice and friendly. He Let us know what he was doing and also kept me informed. Cleaned up as he went along. Would have them do other work as I need it.
Alex, a very likeable guy that makes you feel comfortable talking to. You also feel like you can trust him. He kept me informed about what he was doing and what was good about my air conditioning units and what was bad about them. He brought another technician, Jerome, whom I was familiar with, and together we formed a plan which saved me some money. Now, I'm ready for the furnace tune up coming soon. I hope to see Alex the next time I go through this procedure.

Prior to Carl coming over to assess the problem and then fixing it, I’ve been going over to my mom’s house to spend time with her (93-years-old). I really had the impression that my machine was too old to revive. Turns out all it needed was a little tweaking, and Carl was the one to do this! HE is WONDERFUL! Our technician, Logan, was very timely, courteous, professional and explained everything thoroughly in an easy-to-understand fashion. He called us when he was on his way and explained how long his work was estimated to take. He showed us the courtesy of asking if we wanted him to be masked while in our home (we didn’t as we are fully vaccinated, but it was professional of him to ask). We would definitely recommend Logan and Capital to our friends and neighbors.

Giovanni and Arno were the two that came to my home to do tuneups on three of my furnaces. They both were very polite.you have an outstanding employees?
Bradley from capital heating was great. He showed me the pictures he took of the inside of our furnace & all the readings. Took the time to explain them all. Alerting us to the fact the our furnace was emitting high levels of carbon monoxide when turned on & the necessity of replacement of it before heating season set in.
From the moment the gentleman (Randy) arrived, he was pleasant. He asked about the problem, listened thoroughly, and he explained what he will do throughout the process. Upon him finding out the actual problem in my home, he included the next worker in on speaker phone so that I could hear and understand everything and why they needed to send another expertise out to handle the actual issue. Randy was beyond professional and friendly which is a huge thing needed these days. He made me feel like he actually cared about what was going on and wasn't rushing to just get out of the job that needed to be done. Everyone that was involved in my whole home project were beyond what I expected with Capital Heating. Thank you again Randy, Dave, and Majid H. for all the work that was done here at my home.
Adam from Capital installed a whole house surge protection system in my home. From the moment he entered my home he was professional and polite. He knew what he had to do and got it done quickly.
