I recently changed my A/Cafter struggling with keeping home temperature. I wish I knew that buying a new unit would solve so many issues, not only cooling ”all” house to the same temperature.My breathing was affected by the brown water leaked by hoses, carrying old rusted coil debris out of machine in the basement. Plus growing mildew and overflow water on the floor.I wish I understood what was happening inside the big metal box in the basement and how it affected my every day living.I call Capital Heating as they previously changed the Furnace few years ago and did an excellent job. There are many choices for Air conditioning but all so expensive! An investment indeed. BUT for me my health and feeling comfort in the place I call home are essential.i know the difference will last many many years and it’s awesome not having to constantly checking a thermostat and adjusting it while closing and opening vents in an attempt to direct cold air to home area where I was AND ohhh the silence!I never thought all those strange noises were coming out of that old metal box in my basement!Milwaukee, WI. 9/2024.

We recently our annual maintenance on our A/C units. The technician forgot to put a part back on causing one of the units to malfunction. When we called, Tiffany handed the situation right away and got another Technician to come out late the same day. That technician was Kyle. Kyle figured it out right away and fixed it. Kudos to Tiffany and Kyle for influencing our decision to remain in the Capital Cares Program. It was a hot day and having to wait for our A/C to work when it was due to a technician error was not an option for us. I hope they are both recognized!

11/1/22 - Capital Heating does our annual furnace and AC maintenance like clockwork. As usual, Brandon Barney was prompt and very professional. He always takes the extra effort to make sure we understand everything.We have been extremely happy with the customer service provided by Capital Heating & Cooling Staff. Communication and service all the way around has been amazing!I would definitely recommend giving them a call. I'm really happy with the Maintenance Plan and their service and staff! I don't have to remember anything. They keep track of when things need to be serviced and call me.6/28/24 - This year, Bradley Hauser from Capital Heating came out to do our AC maintenance on our house and on our rental. (They will come in the fall to do the 2 furnace maintenances). As usual, communication and service were exemplary!! Thanks Capital!!

Colin Krivitz fixed our Air Conditioning. It had a humming sound and no matter what. It could not be figured out. It turned out to be a small partial of metal stuck somewhere. Not sure where. But the humming is no longer and the AC is working Great. I give Colin. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Rating. Ty

Bradley Hauser was our HVAC technician, and he’s been to our house several different times now to help with various problems with our system. Coming to do a professional job, and doing his very best to solve our issues and talking with supervisors back in the office to get a second opinion—Bradley is very impressive and professional every time he’s been here. He’s really warm and welcoming, and makes us feel comfortable, knowing that we’re in good hands.He’s definitely part of the reason why we want to continue working with Capital Heating, Cooling, and Electric in these next several years, with this home or any other home we move to in the future. Our A/C went out during the heat wave. Thankfully we were able to have a tech come out the next day! We needed two techs to come by, because a second opinion was needed. Both were very professional and friendly explained what was going on and kept us in the know. It was great working with them!

My AC was out for 3 days and the weather was in the 90's and the humidity was high. I'm a senior with a dog and we were both melting with the weather. I called and they came within 12 hours to fix the AC. My technician Jack explained everything as he worked. Turned out it was the fuses. Replaced them and my AC was running again. Many thanks to Capital for cooling myself and my dog.

I had a problem with my central air unit. They reacted quickly,and were there the next morning. Very professional and caring company. Communication was excellent. They also discovered a problem that was slowly deteriorating the life of my furnace. That was also fixed quickly. I would highly recommend them and will be my go to place for any HVAC services in the future

And David Conway took his time to see what was wrong with the coils in our furnace and also going through everything since the Furnace was replaced last Oct 2023. Only for heat.
