From sales to service they have been a great company to work with. Jimmy the comfort tech that came out to quote a new furnace and A/C. Took the time to measure the size of all the rooms. He also counted all the registers and returns. He explained all of the options typed up a quote and printed it before he left. The day of the install Scott S called before they left to let me know they were on the way. When Scott and his helper arrived, they put drop clothes down from the front door all the way to the furnace in the basement. They were very professional during and after the install. They made sure we were very comfortable with using the equipment. The install is very clean the area the worked in is spotless.

Joe and his team were out early and on time as scheduled. They replaced both the AC and furnace, laid down protective floor coverings, cleaned up after and even finished the job early. Couldn’t be happier.

Capital isn’t necessarily the cheapest. That being said, they have solid quality throughout their company and its good knowing that you know you’re getting the value for the price. Very satisfied.

Nick C. from Capital Heating & Cooling was great – he called ahead, did a professional job of tuning up my furnace, and was very pleasant. Five stars. However, the person who scheduled me did a less than stellar job – she said there was a 4-hour window, but when I said I needed it early in the day she said she would block off 8 a.m. I took off of work to be here and had 2 other appt. one a noon and one at one p.m. Nick called at 11:53 a.m. – I had to cancel both appointments and while Nick apologized it was not him that should be apologizing. Even if he was running late by an hour or two, I still would have made my appointments. The commitment to scheduling was terrible – I could see it if people needed their furnace because of cold weather – but it was a warm day. It really messed up my entire day.
