Inside Sales/Customer Liason

Primary job function: In this position you will be supporting different departments within the organization and reaching out to current clients informing and educating them about our products and services. This is a great position for the person who enjoys variety in their work routine and who likes to be continually challenged. This position allows for future growth and advancement within the company. The ability to build relationships over the phone, manage data, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this position.

Compensation: $13 – $15 p/hr DOE plus opportunity to earn additional spiffs!

Work Hours: Monday through Friday – 10am to 7 pm, Saturday – 8 am to 4 pm (every 4th Saturday. When working Saturday the work week will be Tues – Sat)

Qualifications:
• Prior telephone sales or support experience highly preferred.
• Computer proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with HVAC is helpful

Lead Generator

Primary job function: increase heating, cooling and air duct cleaning sales from a National Home Improvement Retailer.

Pay: $10/hr. base + commissions & incentivesHours: 20 hours/week, including Saturdays

Work Hours: Flexible weekdays, 10-2 Saturdays

Qualifications:
• 2 years retail sales, consulting, or business development experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience cultivating relationships in a sales environment
• Dependable vehicle, valid drivers license to drive to store locations

Job Title: Indoor Air Quality Specialist

In this position you will be meeting with customers in their homes, providing duct cleaning services and educating them on additional products and services to improve there are quality. Candidates selected for these positions will be trained and developed for advancement opportunities

Compensation: $14.00-$17.00 per hour DOE, + commissions and benefits

Work Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday, some Saturday and Evening work required

Required Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Must pass drug and background screens


Job Title: Lead Installer $5,000 Signing Bonus!

Primary Job Function: To install residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.

Pay Scale: $22.00-$30.00 per hour DOE, + commissions and benefits
Work Hours: 7:00am –3:00pm, full time position

Required Qualifications:
• Valid Driver’s license and Insurable.
• Experience in HVAC or HVAC trained highly preferred
• Experience in a similar industry is helpful
• Solid communication & customer service skills


Job Title: Install Technician

Primary Job Function: To assist with installation of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.

Pay Scale: $14.00 – 17.50 per hour DOE, + commissions and benefits
Work Hours: 7:00am –3:00pm, full time position

Required Qualifications:
• Valid Driver’s license and Insurable by company insurance carrier.
• Experience in HVAC or HVAC trained highly preferred
• Construction or experience in similar industry is helpful
• Solid communication skills & customer service skills


Job Title: Retail Sales Professional (RSP)

Primary Job Function: Close residential HVAC sales and acquire new long-term clients for the company’s products and services in a regional territory. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times using a consultative sales approach to determine needs and then provide solutions that solve the customer’s issues and generate a high rate of referral-based sales. Integrity, honesty, and a genuine caring for our clients are key attributes required of our team members

Pay Scale: Monthly base plus commissions and spiffs. Automobile and additional benefits provided. Total target minimum compensation $100,000+

Job Title: Lead Service Technician

Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Assist with training Service Technicians. Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing. Develop training programs for the service department as needed and directed.

Pay Scale: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour DOE + commissions and benefits
Work Hours: 7:00am –3:00pm Monday – Saturday, plus rotating on call schedule, full time position

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Insurable driving record & valid drivers license
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
• Nate Core Certification & Acquire Specialty Certifications With-in 1 Year of hire.
• Low Voltage License
• Willingness to attend service training seminars and classes.
• Can work from 28′ extension ladder and 12′ step ladder.
• Can operate scissors and genie lifts in safe manner.
• Ability to clearly communicate benefits of preventative maintenance.
• Advanced customer service skills coworkers
• Willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
• Experience in training and mentoring service technicians.

Desired Qualifications:

• Possess tools needed

• Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School
• Universal EPA Certification

Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician $5,000 Signing Bonus!

Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding techinical training needs.

Pay Scale: $28.00-$35.00 per hour DOE + commissions and benefits
Work Hours: 7:00am –3:00pm Monday – Saturday, plus rotating on call schedule, full time position

Required Qualifications:
• Completion of Technical School + 5 years experience
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience making repair and replace decisions.
• Ability to acquire low voltage license within 2 years of employment.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment.
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
• Universal EPA Certification
• Possess required tools
